how active are your workouts?
500 cal increase from a work day for an average workout.. and another 500 ontop of that for a hard w/o?

them some big jumps.



anyway, aim for 1.7g protein per kg of bodyweight, 30% of total cals as fats and rest carbs. aim for 10-15g fibre per 1k cals and 2 litres of water a day.
pop a multivitamin and u be sweet

I usually do 4-5 ounces of chicken, 4-5 ounces of brown rice, 4-5 ounces of veggies per meal. Which ends up being 400-500 calories per meal. Usually add a little balsamic vinegar for flavor. I do that for 3 meals then do like quest protein bars/shakes, oatmeal, cottage cheese, fruits for the rest of my calories.

that was the guidelines i was pointed towards in the sticky in subforum

I workout at least an hour 6 days a week, been doing 30 minutes at least of hiit cardio and been doing my different areas every day

I dont think I ever do the hard workout day, iirc the poster under sticky said thats like marathons or games or shit

I will try this. I have to go get a small scale for my home though T_T thanks for all the help guys

when you're thirsty = drink water

when you're hungry = eat ice cubes

0 calorie / day diet = get ripped in no time

dont u burn calories when eating ice?

but u gotta eat some stupid amount to loose weight

like every 20 lbs of ice u burn enough calories to loose 1 lb of bodyweight or something stupid lol

Nap's...I could use lots of em, so exhausted rofl (but I think that's mainly because I'm an idiot with when I get to bed...oh and prob because I work a desk job sigh...).

What do I eat? A lot of stuff rofl.

Lots of brown rice
Lots of fish and chicken (4 haddock fillets/several chicken breasts in 1 sitting is normal)
Lots of salad (gotta get dem greens yo)
Lots of greek yogurt
Peanut butter
Nuts
Pizza...
Sushi...
GATTTORRRADDDEEE (yes I eat it)
Water (I eat this too...OM NOM NOM)
Tea (I just rip open the tea bags and eat it).
Lots of olive oil (in my cooking ofc...what you thought I drank it? LOL)
Random bars
Smoothies...albeit not often lately

I don't count crap....definitely not losing weight and definitely not gaining much either....(although my weight def has gone up compared to few months ago). Strength gone up for sure.
