anyway, aim for 1.7g protein per kg of bodyweight, 30% of total cals as fats and rest carbs. aim for 10-15g fibre per 1k cals and 2 litres of water a day.

I workout at least an hour 6 days a week, been doing 30 minutes at least of hiit cardio and been doing my different areas every day
I dont think I ever do the hard workout day, iirc the poster under sticky said thats like marathons or games or shit

I usually do 4-5 ounces of chicken, 4-5 ounces of brown rice, 4-5 ounces of veggies per meal. Which ends up being 400-500 calories per meal. Usually add a little balsamic vinegar for flavor. I do that for 3 meals then do like quest protein bars/shakes, oatmeal, cottage cheese, fruits for the rest of my calories.
I will try this. I have to go get a small scale for my home though T_T thanks for all the help guys
