a ) cut calories
b ) increase cardio
if 1900 cals is less than you were eating before then go for it, but if you make too big of drops in your calories at a time you're most likely to lose more muscle in the process
200-300 calorie drops every 2-3 weeks (whenever you stop losing weight consistently) or extra cardio sessions each week are the way to go
Only the insecure try to bring others down to make themselves feel better
