lots of unnecessary hate in this thread! not sure why this forum is full of fuccboi haters when we're all here to help one another lol
anyways getting shredded is all about small adjustments in cardio and diet, when you stop losing weight you either typically
a ) cut calories
b ) increase cardio
if 1900 cals is less than you were eating before then go for it, but if you make too big of drops in your calories at a time you're most likely to lose more muscle in the process
200-300 calorie drops every 2-3 weeks (whenever you stop losing weight consistently) or extra cardio sessions each week are the way to go
