I eat this every single night of the week after i get back from the gym or in the evening at some point.

Add yogurt ( don't buy the low calorie stuff) - Add lots I use Greek.
Add peanut butter - Add desired amount
Add a scope of ice cream or two.
Add Whey if you want x 2 scoops - I personally don't use it as I don't need it.
Two bananas
Frozen Fruit. -Desired amount
A handful of spinach
Fill the blender (1.75L) half full with milk Sometimes I go half milk half fruit juice.

Bam you will have 1.75L of smoothie that easily demolishes 1k calories even on the low end of your desired amounts.

Want 2K Calories , just add oats in the mix, add a higher fat % milk and up your amount of peanut butter.

My go to shake is:

- Milk
- Frozen yoghurt (got a rich calorie and cheap strawberry bland over here)
- Banana

Gives a nice rich filled shake.

I tried adding peanutbutter once, almost puked it right back. Didn't because I wanted the gains and drank it all out of spite and remorse.

Heavy cream
Milk
Yogurt
PB
Olive or Coconut oil
Whey

these are the things i use to add calories to my shakes. fresh fruit and stuff like that is good too but a bit lower on the calories (I mostly use berries which are low calorie content)
Bananas are good too and have more carbs, but i feel like it can overpower the shake if you use too much.

24 oz milk
1/2 pint ice cream
3 heaping spoonfuls super chunky peanut butter
1 large banana
1 serving of mass gainer or protein
and you can add oats and oils to supplement as well
a substitute for ice cream as already mentioned could be greek yogurt
