Very nice progress, 200 pounds in half a year is pretty insane, even for a beginner lifter.

The video still is when I'm still trying to walk the bar out. Once you start the video, I don't see how it's tilted.

/edit, i kinda see it tilt a little bit between some of the reps, but it looks like i tilt it right back when i felt it.

That's called compensating and it's not a good thing.

It's a simple change, just center yourself properly under the bar. That's it.

Also be careful not to lean forward too much even on hard reps. Look up, puff your chest and drive through the legs.

Height: 5' 8
Weight: 184 lb (started at 160 on March 10)

The routine I follow is a popular intermediate trainee's routine. Instead of an advanced strength training periodization routine where you have a few weeks of volume training, a few weeks of recovery, and a few weeks of intensity setting new PRs, it's all compressed into a single week.

Here it is:

Volume Day (Sunday):
Squat 5x5 (90% of 5RM)
Press 5x5 (90% of 5RM)

Recovery (Tuesday):
Light Squat 2x5 (80% of volume)
Bench press 3x5
Pull ups 5x failure

Intensity day (Thursday):
5RM Squat
5RM Press
Deadlift 1x5 (I can go higher on these but I had a mental block that deadlifts will fuck up my back, I know it's purely psychological, but just taking it easy on these for now. I am still LPing at 5lb/week)

The volume and intensity days are absolutely brutal. Each week I add 5 pounds to Volume and Intensity day squat and deadlift, 2 pounds to volume and intensity day Press, and 2.5 pounds a week to bench press.

/edit: I just want to add that if you're a beginner/novice lifter, start with Starting Strength 3x5, then move on to an advanced novice routine (you can google these). You want to stay at novice stage as long as possible where you'll be linearly progressing every workout. Once you squeeze out your novice gains, then move on to Texas Method.

Id also change

depends on what you're focusing on. If you want a press focused routine, then do the above, if not swap to bench.

And deads do not need to be done more than once a week with the heavy squating. "volume deads", 5x5 deadlift on volume day is not a good idea. if you're in need of practicing the movement, you are not an intermediate and therefore shouldn't do TM to begin with.

I suggest you pick up a copy of Practical Programing for Strength Training 3rd ed, by Mark Rippetoe and Andy Baker, it'll fill you in on the details on what I said. You'll learn a lot, I'm sure.
