Freeweights are for crossfags

What can freeweughts do that machines can't?

Brb machines make the move smoother, more controlled, added safety catches, allows you work till failure, can concentrate on the actual muscle you are working on and not 12,000 stabilizer muscles (how tired do ur quads get in squats lmao?)

Leg press >>>>>>>>>> squat
Bench machine >>>>>>>>>> bench press

Totally agree.

I always laugh when I see you post videos of a man using free weights.

Such a fag :D

there is nothing wrong with machines idk why everyone only thinks free weights are the only way to go.... Your body doesn't know the difference weight is weight.. Take a look at Olympic gymnasts.

Machines are fine, maybe not optimal for everything, but youll definitely see results.
