Carpal tunnel from so much mouse/keyboard gaming?

Check your posture on daily activities.

Perhaps you cook and sautee in a pan with your left hand?
Holding your phone for prolonged periods of time?
Excessive masturbation?
The list could contain any thing.

Make sure you're doing the basics to help prevent it. Mainly, make sure the bar is directly over your forearm when you're doing any presses.

use wrist wraps

forever weak wrists

but at least they help

This and use straps for pulling movements. If that doesnt help then take a break from anything that pains it.

wtf, is this a thing now?

I imagine using them when you try to bench 3x your bodyweight.

Rows + hammer curls will make up for sufficient lower arm development.

Don't be one of those nerds who try to "isolate" and do wrist curls on a bench.

Don't.

What does it matter lol, if wrist wraps help with the pain then by all means go for it

Don't do the movements that aggravate your wrists. I stopped doing hammer curls and dumbell curls years ago.

I would take a break for a few days and see if the pain starts to go away.
