Well I mean pushing improperly can stretch stabilizers of the scapula so be careful. Honestly nobody wants to be put out of the gym by a minor injury but exercising a strain is often how people progress to more debilitating injuries

True. Ill have to see how it feels tomorrow. Will probably just hit and rep out arms since i havent in forever..maybe try somethin sunday

Haha yeah man exactly that...it feels a tiny bit better today so we'll see how it goes

Just do heating pad for a few days. This happened to me a few weeks ago.
