Are you cutting or bulking?

Ever thought of just doing a strength routine? Perhaps 531?

I'm bulking. Slowly 200-300 surplus.

I've done 5/3/1.

As far as I can remember my deadlift and bench went up well, my squat didn't do well only being done once a week.

I also used the bodybuilding template when I did it.

It is a nice program for sure though

I'd say so what you posted then. Do something you want to do rather than something you would be "forcing" yourself to do.

if you did I would add them after deadlifts on that day
