Irrelevant. If you have value to contribute that would be nice though because you're experienced.

Although I was benching 205-210ish before my cut but I was weighing 190+lbs at the time.

For the past about 5-6 weeks I've just been increasing calories 100 per week. Wanted to reverse diet very slowly. I'm at about 2500 now which should almost if not already is maintainence

Possibly it, also im thinking it was my grip. Last few weeks for some reason my grip was narrower and it seemed heavier
