he is talking of how you can only hold so many pounds in your hands with DBs so squatting any normal weight would be hard.
I couldnt squat with 125lb dumbells (250 with barbell/regular squatting) but can max 400+ for example
Coming from a fat guy, ive been losing alot of weight by doing as that guy^ said
keep up heartrate, dont go for HUGE weights all the time, keep reps high and keep heart going and you'll lose weight! GL!
