Any idea what the main cause for the stress is?
First try and ''solve'' that, keep on working from there, then by time remove the rest of the stressors.


Wrote essays focusing on stress in athletes last year so might have some tips etc. Can't promise anything though.

It sounds like a combination of depression and anxiety which could be a mental disorder leading to [possible] vitiligo. I recommend seeing a psychiatrist and health care doctor for a more accurate evaluation and to help you get the answers you need.
