He likely thought that was the users name and was unable to find him. If he's new to this forum, it's a valid option.

Given your condition, you have no room for error in terms of diet. You need to count every single oz of calories; ketchup, etc. You need to diet harder than mr olympia himself.

i saw one nutritionist, they put me on a diet
1000-1200 cal a day, 70-90 gram protien, mostly a liquid diet

i did it for about a month, lost 10-15 lbs, but that diet was just too tough and extreme, i havent really seen them since

Go back to the nutritionist and tell them the issue. You are in need of medical advice not opinions from non-medical professionals on a gaming forum!

Honestly, walking is all you need. Walk for an hour plus a day, and continue to push yourself with the walking. Log all of your food intake, with your issues I would recommend eating extremely healthy, maybe even vegan.

Seriously, walking is all you need, power walk 1-2 hours a day and you'll definitely lose weight.

For food, fish is probably a good call, and lots of greens and what not.

1) nutionalist isn't a real titel and requires no training to have a claim to the title
2) any idiot with basic science courses can become a dietitian

Several people on this forum know far more than a majority of these people.

1200 calories of liquid diet is a good indicator they are an absolute fuckhead

you need to incorporate exercises into your program. speak with your doctor and find a heart rate that will keep your heart performing healthy and not stress it out to a point of causing bodily harm.

1) invest in a heart rate monitor
2) setup a strength and conditioning program for 3 days a week, that will get your body moving and adapting to the resistance
3) begin a cardio regimen that will always be done post S&C exercises; 20 minutes of either of these: incline trademill or stationary bike

most important is finding out a healthy level of activity to perform at so speak with your doc

e/

diet; look for unprocessed foods, eat when you're body is hungry and stop eating when your body is content

short, sweet and simple diet plan until you''re ready for something more strict

good luck with your goals

consistency in terms of maintaining caloric intake just under maintenance levels (100-350 calories/day under) while hitting important micro/macro nutrients is the key to losing weight healthily and sustainable. (yo-yo dieting wont be sustainable).

Just do that and continue walking.
