That's the look of an average muscle mass man with very low body fat. He's not that big, just because you can see his musculature doesn't not mean he's huge.

I wouldn't say average. The average muscle mass on a man these days is generally pretty pathetic. If he had more body fat that was more akin to 8-10% he'd look a lot bigger muscle-wise as well because everything would be thicker.

Kinda goes against the idea that doing shitloads of endurance cardio kills gains.

Then again he probably ate enough to not lose any weight ... Hrm

both, that is not what you look like if you do this much cardio... he has more muscle mass than he needs, it actually works against him
