That what i do.. i work at sobeys warehouse
Gym + job isnt the same thing.. muscle work are différent

Yes I did it for the 4 years that I lifted seriously. Also prepped and weighed all my meals. And I would work more than 40 hours a week. It comes down to your goals though, its whatever makes you feel happy.

Used to lay concrete, set retaining walls, carry 120lbs 8 foot long concrete forms overhead for 8-12 hours a day in 100 degree weather. then go do a part time job immediately after for 3 more hours and still head to the gym after that everyday

It was tiresome but when you want something you will make time for it. I won't lie I received decent forearm/grip gains from it all.

The trick is to go lift before work even if it means getting up @ 3am. Let your work suffer because you're exhausted not your lifts.

concrete work ftw... idk how you managed to go to the gym after that
some days if im busy at work ill skip jiu jitsu... i feel guilty af for it, but we're all human

maybe op has a girlfriend, and he's a student, or other obligations etc.

Here in Illinois/Missouri 40 is full time aswell lol
