You're wasting time and energy between each squat fidgeting and moving around.
You look like a moron setting up to bench such abysmal weight.
Continuously posting threads about random stuff you shouldn't need to worry about when you look like you do or lift as much as you do, is straps, wrist guards etc
You shouldn't need to stress or worry about all this stuff
My thoughts anyway, good luck with whatever you're trying to achieve
