Get a multi. People gonna tell you "just eat diverse foods and veggies. Which is really difficult if you're on a strict diet etc. So just get a multi.

It's not difficult because of that it's difficult cut they taste like shit lol but still agree. Though I wouldn't stop eating veggies just because u take a multi op.

This.

Depending on if you're male or female, just get the One-a-Day Men or Women. One-a-Day are pretty balanced and inexpensive. If you're male and you choose a different brand, be sure there is no iron in it (excess iron poses serious health risks and most people's diet contains enough).

You should also supplement Fish Oil and possibly extra Vitamin D depending on your body needs and how much sun you get. If you want be especially healthy, you may actually wish to get a blood test to see your deficiencies and such.

one-a-days are complete shit... terrible ingredients, not wrapped in any form of liposome or whatever its called, your body cant even absorb them..

fish oil and vitamin D on the other hand. ntb if good quality.

One-a-Days are fine and the ingredients are irrelevant. Of course your body can absorb them.
