Idk what works for everyone else, but i clean bulk year round.
My diet consists of 2x chicken and brown rice meals and 2x protein shakes a day.
My workout regiment is wendlers 5/3/1 with hypertrophic accessory lifts, ~12 reps or until my muscles feel on fire.

How don't you pass out everyday? That's so little food wow
