the whole point of this is, protein is protein. all protein takes a little time to digest in the first place, no need fucking casien if you dont want to have another tub. just meet your macros by the end of the night. take a pre bed meal if you have too, protein before bed with fat will never harm you. fat slows gastric emptying rate.

LELELEL another weak noob wihth no advice. at the end you gonna realize it doesnt matter if you take casien or not. that shit doesnt dictate your gains. onyl hard work, solid diet, and rest will dictate that. best advice ri there. learn ur place and actually read up on shit. this aint broscience nablet hahahaa. noob whacker thinks taking 30-40 grams with ur protein before bed is BAD ADVICE AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHH oh mannnnn go google this shit man. did i tell op to take 30 grams at all? i said that waht i do and it workss. and i have never took casein in my life... i meet my macros by the end of the night i save 30 grams of fat jsut so i can combo it with my isolate.

I ate nothing but ramen noodles, poptarts, and shocktarts for a solid 7 years, my bench went up 23.4 lbs. I started using those Turtol chipped plates on my 4th year to increase max, was very gg. lmk if you want link to my workout plan, got it from an oompa loompa

Saturated fat is correlated with causing high ldl cholesterol so it is bad.
