Man, stop worrying about that. It's rice and veggies... You don't eat out and ask for the calorie count in a restaurant, do you?

but u don't eat out at restaurant every day, do you? but nvm ..i guess potatoes and stuff are easy to guesstimate..

what did i say that was so stupid? some people like to track their progress and one way of doing so is knowing how much calories they eat...was just curious b/c i haven't done it personally but would like to start shedding some fat. would like some easy meals that i can prep ahead of time so i dont have to cook daily.
