Keep getting a lot of trolls, Last semester I actually lost 2% body fat in 2 months. This was the first time that I have ever lost fat in my life so regardless of weather 2% might be significant or not compared t owhat you guys have achieved it was a big achievement for me.
its just in an attempt to get that i was eating very carefully and working out and cardioing a lot. I realised when i did only cardio i wasnt seeing the same results and i had to lift heavy to start dropping body fat.


Its just what I was doing seemed impossible to continue for a long time. Like I said i screwed up my school because of that. So I want a plan which i can stick to. I have 6 courses this semester and at least two side projects. So I dont know how to manage. Semester will start in a few weeks so planning out my schedule right now.

Running 4km/day is alright considering you're on a semi-restrictive diet.

Endurance weight training and more km run/day will get your results you need. Also evaluate what you are taking in calories.

You may be eating "clean", but how many calories of this clean eating are you taking in per day and how many calories are you losing per day?

In my personal experience, to make any sort of "dent" when I'm cutting weight and getting more tone, I try to run 8-10km/day for 5 days a week.

if you're working as hard as you seem to be suggesting, you should have lost more than 2% in 2 months
