honestly i dont really believe the weights he lists, hes claiming 2.75lbs of pure fat loss per week consistently for 5 months. even taking 10lbs off for waste and body water loss youre still looking at 2.25 lbs body fat loss per week which implies over a 1000 kcal deficit daily. i dont think its really reasonable to expect that

Sure it is. If you want to burn up your muscle too. Aka why he looks like a scrawny little bastard.

I dont understand what you're trying to criticize. The fact that his weight loss routine didn't build him muscle? Are you just having a moment or what? One doesn't drop 55 lbs in 5 months (or whatever is more reasonable) and gain muscle simultaneously. The fact is that his body composition changed without a drastic reduction in muscle mass, it probably just didn't happen in the time frame he claims it did

No, you're stating this is so difficult or impossible. It's not. Anyone can lose weight. If all you've ever done is eat shit and never exercise, and you start lifting and eating a good diet. It basically just falls off. I'm just stating that I don't see why you're so mesmerized by someone who literally took his body from being what is sadly "average American" and turned himself in to a lean guy who is about the same size as a small high school football player..(sorry tommeh)

I'm not mesmerized at all I said it's probably unreasonable to expect that, as in some rando Joe blow off the street probably shouldn't expect the same results in his first weight loss cycle. I didn't say anywhere that it was impossible, you're taking my post out of context entirely. Where's dat reading comp. I said I didn't believe his time frame not that what he did would never happen in a million years
