dont look in the mirror, makes your cspine hyperextend, let the weight touch the ground but dont let your body lose tension, you should not have to reset before you lift again, your spine should be in the same position during AND between reps.

you can reset between every rep, its a preference

esp useful for low repping, since you give your grip a slight rest and reposition yourself completely to avoid any mistakes carrying over to the next rep

but im not disagreeing

Just not a fan of hats in the gym. I mean do you. Just personally my opinion lol.

I usually don't wear hats in the gym, unless my hair is funky or when I get long hair and have a back day or something and just want it off my face.

The god.

I think it's been about 3 weeks, but probably going to shave it for school.

Back injury?

Are you asking if I have had one? If so, then no I have not.

looks effortless to me imo, could probably hit heavier weight

I personally do not reset like you do, you can see you lose tension on your lower back when it pops out but you correct before re-lifting. Whatever's comfortable for you, hip extension may be a little emphasized/leaning back too far, your upper back and shoulders seem to go back a little bit but everyone's different

i mean you can reset but thats not really a reset, watch this video. you dont let the lumbar spine break in between reps

I feel you. I have dat long flow going right now. Can get really annoying. Almost look forward to getting extremely sweaty so I can basically just plaster it back and not care how it looks, rather than have it in my face lol.
