Clean cut raw Salmon for Costco will be your cleanest protein base for your omegas, boneless chicken breast as well but very bland, I would suggest adding some spices. Throw in some brown rice/quinoa/sweet potatos for carbs. Toss some salad, pan friend some asparagus or green beans will be ur veggies base
