What is your definition of fit?

Provide us with a goal you'd like to achieve so we can help you with your goals.

There are lots of websites other than JSP that provide better fitness information and lots of information can be found on google.

Do you want to get stronger? Do you want to look better? Do you want to feel more confident? Are you training for a sport? Are you just training in general to increase your overall health?

You don't need a gym to get fit. Youtube home workouts and get to it.

I mean honestly if you can't afford to eat or go to the gym you should really focus on earning more money. That would be my top priority. You can do all the exercises you want, but if you don't eat properly you wont see much for results

maybe the dude's going through a rough patch in life, which exercise would help out greatly, since there are just as many mental benefits to it as physical. i mean we don't know shit and it's just plain arrogant to make any assumptions or, even worse, tell the dude how to live his life. /endresponsespecificallytoyou

same with cardio, how are you gonna tell anybody not to do cardio, your heart's a pretty damn important muscle, train it well and eat a fuckin' snack pack to make up the deficit difference -_-

OP i'm gonna PM you a link i recommend to skinny dudes for beginning and starting to get used to exercising.

Start working out with body weight exercises if the gym is a problem and be sure to do your cardio.

I have a friend who runs marathons and he's 5'10 @ 135 lbs. This guy here is 5 lbs less and my friend looks like he's 5-6 days away from starvation.

Just because your skinny doesn't mean you should cut cardio... When your skinny and you want to put on mass eat everything in sight because calories are your number one concern, but I would never cut out the cardio that's just me...

i'm learning Spanish via Rosetta Stone atm, it's pretty good. You should pick up the American English version.
