Building muscle just comes down to consistency with exercise and nutrition. That said supplementing protein with whey is good since it makes it easier to ensure your protein intake is high enough. You want to hit around 1 g per lb in protein when trying to build muscle. Besides protein, it's a good idea to take a multi for general health purposes. Other supplements aren't really necessary for working out unless you want pre-workout stimulants. Creatine is good since it gives your body more short-burst energy.

great because of the clean coconut oil. Ive stayed the same muscle mass at 203, and have gotten alot more shredded.

Now, is that applied when trying to lose weight too?

Like I plan on being less than my current weight, should i just do 270 this week, and say if I lose 5 lbs by next week, go down to 265 g?
