i procrastinate all the time.
some days i itch to go, somedays i dread it and i have to mentally prepare myself.

i have this problem on weekends.

i don't have this problem on weekdays because i go right after work.

Only time I procrastinate is when it's international chest day and I'm doing back or legs (my gym just has 3 squat/bench racks).

Although the later I go, the easier it is to get a rack.. so is it really procrastinating?

I just put my shoes on, get out of the house and start walking to the gym as soon as I've taken my creatine/vitamins.

By the time I'm halfway there, there's no turning back.

If I dick around at home, I get less and less motivated to go.

I procrastinate in between sets of squats, so I started doing curls in between my squat sets, now I just do curls after 1 set of squats on leg days.
