its not necessary to cut carbs, just to cut calories

you could cut carbs to reduce calories, but u dont have to, could cut protein/fats aswell

so those ratios that calculator gave me is fine?

Protein: 200g
Carbs: 200g
Fats: 100g

Total: 2500 calories

Easy to consistently hit those numbers....

100 fat? i struggle getting 60 while eating hand fulls of nuts every day....

also don't cut carbs... just switch out breads and processed carbs for potatoes/oatmeal/beans etc
increase fats to 50 minimum, increase protein to 1g per pound of lean bodyweight, the rest of your calories are carbs... get a scale and weigh foods, use myfitnesspal.com

eat more vegetables if you're hungry... you wont get fat from eating a bunch of broccoli and spinach

How could you possibly struggle to eat fats lol?

Make a smoothie with chia, flax, hemp seeds in it.. Add a table spoon of coconut oil. Toss a few grapes to make it taste good and there you go.

So many people eat wayyy too little fat.

They think the fat macro nutrient is going to transfer directly into fat on their body lol.

I hate the high carb low fat diet tho, think it's rather unsustainable and difficult to manage. Also had wayyy better results after I stopped doing it 2-3 years ago.

Figure out your protein / fat level... Add in carbs to fill in the space that's left to meet your baseline.. 350g carbs is so many, way too high IMO.
