just keep at it, that's the most important thing. you're right to think that just getting out there and exercising is better than doing nothing, and as you grow more comfortable with working out and learning more about fitness and your goals, you'll figure the rest out.

also try to avoid taking progress photos a week apart... you aren't gonna see much of a difference. i'd imagine that could be discouraging. try a few months apart, you're starting a very long journey, but also a very fun and rewarding one.

Cheers bro

Week 7
http://m.imgur.com/f91N1du

Atm, im trying to do abs 4 days a week, alternating between lower and upper abs.

If anyone has a good workout they could recommend i would appreciate it

For upper abs i usually just to 3x15 of incline crunches with dumbells. Some ab rolls. And plank if i feel up to it.

For lower abs i do pulse leg raises, so the ones where u slowly bring ur legs up vertically then lift off
The ground a little bit, hanging leg raise, and more ab rolls lol.

Again i havent a fucking clue what im doing, so if theres any good excersices ive missed please hit me up. Also the how much of each set and each rep i have no idea also. Help a man in need cheers

You're doing really well. For abs try adding some standing and kneeling cable crunches. Concentrate on feeling it the whole time, hold it at the bottom and really squeeze. While doing kneeling cable crunches move your knees backwards in positioning, to stretch the abdominal muscles even more. Good job man keep it up.
