Reduce your bodyfat. It's the only way.

i went from 210lb down to 165, aint much bodyfat left to burn off
i walk enough to make anyone think im crazy because i dont drive
and lift boxes between 20-120lb pretty much my full work shift so working out would only turn me into the hulk, appearntly im scary after working out for only 2weeks
but if i workout my stomach while working id kill my back thats why im asking for ways to help out without going to a gym and all

So true. I would definitely stay away from the weights.

lol

lifting would improve postural muscle strength and reduce the risk of injury during work hours
would increase metabolism and increase calories burned, helping to lose weight
increase in muscle mass and probably aesthetics/strength
help reach physique goals

but unfortunately u become hulk, so should avoid

all i do at work is lifting, so what would weights really change? 8hours/5days isnt long enough?

There is a difference between lifting boxes and lifting with a purpose.

If you don't see your abs it's because you have too much body fat or your muscles are too small.

lifting boxes of printing paper by its straps and doing reps with each one is probably the closes thing to lifting at a gym you can get
only muscles i dont workout during a day of work is my abs, they do show when i flex but i want them to look nicer and not need to flex them to see them
