Try laying on the floor with your legs / calves rested up on your bed and your butt up against your bed. Basically sitting horizontally versus vertically. Try just hanging out there for 30 min every morning .

Pain most likely due to muscle imbalances / weak glutes / abs / poor posture due to sitting all day
