After work gym master race.

Brb cold and tired in the morning, dreading your workout

Brb warm and awake in the afternoon, spent all day looking forward to the gym

It's a sweet potato ( 1/3rd pending size ) 1/2 cup egg white liquid / 1 egg chicken sausage in the morning with kale thrown in at the end for breakfast
lunch is brown rice / fish or whatever protein / small salad
dinner is usually a salad with protein in it

I use 3 dishes, 1 skillet, 2 pots to boil / steam / mix.
Don't need a lot of space, if you know what you like.

He probably works in injury rehabilitation not drug/addiction rehab.

urine should be clear (as opposed to cloudy) but should still have light yellow colour to it. you can still overhydrate kiddo

3 gallons a day is absurd unless you're a 270lb dude who works out and sweats all day.


drink 32oz right when you wakeup. drink 32oz during your gym time. drink 32oz(only) during your work day so you're not pissing constantly. drink 32oz the rest of the night/with dinner

before you decide how much water you will intake a day you need to figure out what type of physical activities you will engage in how much time will be spent in the sun or sweating

stand up desk is an option if you are worried about your legs circulation or just take breaks every hour or 2 walk around stretch

Also you can do leg exercises while sitting to prevent any problems

i like snack foods like PB,tuna, fruit trays, nuts most of those u can store around your desk area

for Lunch just cook and prepare lunch for week at home pack it into containers, I don't use the microwave but if u do this could be a good solution

also don't b trying to fuk dem fly mamacitas at yo job

I said that's what I do, not others. I'm 170, I'm active in the morning and at night. As well as while working.

Haven't so far been doing this for years, you can die from water I'm aware. Over hydrating though? "meh"

how many times do you piss a day though? if you're pissing every 10 minutes your body doesn't need the water.
