I always feel like a huge carb filled meal early in the morning makes me feel like I can go hard AF in a mid afternoon workout

it's obvious you jsp nerds know better than professional athletes, but you guys should check out what professional athletes eat before big games.

Would like to know people's opinions on eating carbs before a workout. Will it make a difference? Will the carbs be absorbed by workout time to be actually used as energy for that workout?

professional athletes probably dont know much. they know how to compete and do what they do but most often they have no idea why, or can explain it on a very simplistic level

Can't compare pro's with regular gymrats.

Pro's have people who do the thinking for them...
