yes because the bloodstream is of course never subject to poisoning idiot. eat a big load of protein before going on a fast and see what will happen. then go on a fast after preparations with low amounts of protein and notice the difference. the "fatigue" poisons i meant is the cause of dizziness and weakness, symptoms that are experienced frequently but wrongly attributed to the fast. the fast itself produces no such symptoms. its simple physiology
