i would think so b/c when i used to drink regular milk, i felt gassy and hated the feeling. i don't drink that much milk anymore. where can i get cow's milk? does costco have them?

sorry i got confused by his suggestion...technically the lactose-free milk i'm drinking is cow's milk also just with added lactase. i guess decrease the amount of milk i drink at a time?

your diet's probably the first thing to check. did you change your diet in the past 2 months? new protein powder, new restaurant, piss off the wife enough she'd slip anti-diarrhea meds in your food?

personally, when i eat too much fruit (eg: one of these tubs of grapes at costco), i get the shits. if it was me, i'd try eating too much fruit for 2-3 days and see if it solves the problem. a lot more than "2 servings"



if you still dont see results, go to a doctor. one day or one week doesn't mean anything, but 2-3 months is a problem.

This happens to me also lmao.
It's a struggle to poop, my diet is pretty broish with plenty of fiber also.

the last time i had too much fiber, my guts were in so much pain i felt like this was gonna happen

It is possible that you're eating too much fiber/trying too hard to poop normally. Stress can have a profound effect on gut function. What's your eating schedule like in relation to your movement schedule? If you drink coffee frequently you can alter your movement schedule such that your food doesn't get adequate passage time in the gut
