your diet's probably the first thing to check. did you change your diet in the past 2 months? new protein powder, new restaurant, piss off the wife enough she'd slip anti-diarrhea meds in your food?
personally, when i eat too much fruit (eg: one of these tubs of grapes at costco), i get the shits. if it was me, i'd try eating too much fruit for 2-3 days and see if it solves the problem. a lot more than "2 servings"

if you still dont see results, go to a doctor. one day or one week doesn't mean anything, but 2-3 months is a problem.
