thats pretty tough to calculate, would change as u gain or loose weight, and almost any method to calculate maintenance is a rough estimate

500 always sounds better than 200 under

I cut from 190 -> 172 and my squat went from 315x5 -> 340x5 in that time period
just gotta slowly cut out calories and keep that protein up

Instead of eating an entire pizza only have 7 slices. Boom weight loss

Edit: jk not sure how clean you eat but just eat clean if you aren't aka chicken pizza instead of bacon pizza. Okay seriously though, if you eat poorly try cleaning it up. If you already eat clean then throw in a little cardio if you don't do any at all... If you still lack results then start cutting around 200 calories from your typical maintenance day like someone posted earlier. Drastic changes typically don't last whereas smaller changes is more reasonable to turn into habits. Good luck man. Don't starve yourself or cut meals
