Norik is very humble and excellent on technique, he gives me some of the best advice during training sessions. I have never taken his seminar, but just training in the same room with him he is a wealth of knowledge that is always trying to help those around him. A long with he explains how to improve the movement very well making it easier to make adjustments.

Was after a hard training week, I'm not use to how they train here so it is a bit different....

Also, on the clean an jerk the chilian lifter in the back was suppose to lift before me, but Zygmunt made me go so it was a fairly rushed lift, reason why the clean looks better @ 137 then 133.
