This is the internet era, look up information online. Chest and pecs are a weak spot for me too, but I gained some improvements after 1,5 years of training. It just comes slower than back / arms with me.
As regard to the incline comment, I can get a better connection / contraction in the upper pecs, true. But focusing more on incline makes you lack lower pecs who chisel that nice layer beneath.
What is your chest routine?
