I think the problem is your lifting what a 14 year old girl lifts while sporting no shirt and using straps.

Although I am no expert on the matter.

Okay well in a serious note have you played with your stance at all in regards to narrowness. I see you line up to the bar extremely wide, I feel so many people do this because you watching youtube and thinking they have to mimic what some massive lifter is doing. I am quite a bit bigger than you at 185 -195 making me wider and I am taller at 6'1 but i line up to the bar with almost a semi sumo. I get the best leverage from placing my shins with toes out about an inch inside the rings. I can still force my legs out during the lift. This may also alter bar path in relation to your shins. Personally I have never walked away from a dead lift day without bleeding. It just happens, its where my path is. You can easily just toss some tape on or whatever.

It could be you lack some flexibility in your hips, but you might also find you get better leverage from a narrower position. Just approach the bar, when you load your gluts and quads it should take the slack out of the arms and its all will power from that point.

Just food for thought as when i first started a sumo stance I personally watched youtube for some guidance and better lifters at that time in the gym but what i failed to realize is they are more developed and larger than I was at the time; their leverages were different than mine. Since that point i just developed my own stance where i feel i get the most leverage, mostly through trial and error at around 70%

I've tried narrower but I have trouble getting my hips close to the bar, I'm also 6'1" with stupid long legs, I''ll try a semi sumo today

Might using a stance that is wider than your mobility allows.
Is the pain the reason your don't lock out either?
