Hello people.
I've been trying to gain weight for quite some time now, but no matter how hard I try, I seem to be unable to gain weight.
My question is : how do I gain weight?
To me, it seems, no matter how much I eat my weight doesn't increase. I am a thin person by nature.
I really am a beginner in terms of working out - went to the gym with a buddy today and now I can barely raise my arms - is that normal?
And: Is there any general rule on how much weight to use regarding my height/weight?

eat every 2 hours, lift hard at least 5 days a week, and slam carbs- idc what body type you are: follow this simple equation and u WILL GROW
