Preheat oven to 350. (Should take about 5 minutes to preheat.)
While oven is preheating, rub chicken pieces in olive oil. All over. Get secksy wit it.

Sprinkle with dill. (The dill will stick to the oil.)
Roast in oven for about 30 minutes. Pull, but don't turn off the oven yet.
Cut into one. If the juices run clear, you're good. If it's still a little pink-ish from blood, put it back in, and check in another 5-10 minutes. You do NOT want to eat undercooked chicken.
If you have a rack that you can put inside a casserole dish or something, even better; the excess fat will drip down past the rack while you're roasting your chicken.
