pre-workout is basically useless if youre starting out, many ingredients contained like creatine or B-alanine need to be taken every day to get the effects, the main stimulant is usually caffein, so just grab a coffee or buy some caffein pills for 5 cents each instead of paying 2$ per serving if you feel you need it
post workout shake is a good idea, yours is just overpriced as fuk, should order from myprotein or truenutrition for best value
