Only supplements I've taken were protein shake and that was for ~4weeks (I did see a lot of improvement but that was during my peak motivation to be as healthy as possible).

I've been able to make significant cuts in short time for weigh-ins and its mainly from pure diet and calorie deficit. Don't take any weight loss pills, they will do a lot of harm to your body; such as bypassing necessary cellular processes which may result in death.

I don't have a lot of experience with protein supplements but they're not very harmful to your body as weight loss pills are.

The only bad thing out of them all is the Mr Hyde. I'll be taking half scoops the first week

to be honest the first post seems like some1 stocked up on all the popular supps without knowing what they do

keep it simple, a good diet and workout routine is the best way to progress, especially for starters, seems like youre wasting your money, but whatever makes you happy i guess, placebo might help a bit

If you are taking in all that powder make sure you are drinking enough water daily, with your size you should be at minimum a gallon a day.

No one questions a 16 year old taking supplements :D ?

You are in your absolute prime, you don't need any supplements.

Edit and just from reading your post "could I get ripped in 90 days?" You are very naive about body transformations :P

Lift hard, eat decently clean, and you will get the results you want... At your age, change should happen rather quickly.

Like a previous poster said, placebo might help I guess.... I can't possibly see a 16 year old popping pre workouts a good idea tho....

Edit edit: oh god don't go taking fat burning pills either please...

I must be getting old because I read posts like these and think "16?! God kids these days!!" Lol. I understand you want to speed up your results and look good / be strong / etc... But these supplements will probably have such a small impact on your journey versus what proper diet and workout programming could.. Like other have said, don't waste your money next time.

Protein
creatine is all you'd ever need at 16 years old

Anything else is just not needed at such a young age
