I was wondering if any of you guys working out have ibs ( irritable bowel syndrome). I've been living with this for about 2 years now, trying to keep balance in my life but lifting with this makes it hell...
Basicly I cant really eat much (aka gain weight) without feeling like shit or bloated, im making some kind of progress but doing abs exercise makes me feel like sh"t for hours.
So any of you guys dealing with this kind of problem? How do you deal with it?
I have an IBD, ulcerative colitis.. That threw me off my wagon of staying healthy for the last 6 months.. Was on a 60mg Prednisone taper, had 7 blood transfusions and was hospitalized for a week.. Ended with me 30 lbs heavier and feeling like genuine shit.
Now it's time to drop the weight and gain my strength back I lost from this disease.
IBD/IBS sucks cock, but push through it.
