So if I take Mr Hyde then my protein mid way through then post workout (best bcaa) after I'll be fine? If I only take half a scoop of Mr Hyde will I be missing out on all the other component?
I'm 16 years old 195 lbs. So will I need to half scoop it for a really long time? Or after like the first week?
/e would it be better to take the yohimbe because I will not be used to taking such high doses of caffeine rather than jumping into Mr Hyde?
