wait so these are olympic shoes...correct? elevated heel..coulda sworn i read it right lol. if theres no elevated heel i guess im gonna return them because that was my reason for getting them lol

They do have the elevated heel, but (I don't want to sound like I'm bashing your shoes, I'm jelly. I don't even have elevated heels at all, so fk my ass) the problem is that the powerlifts (from what I've read) are more compressible and just lower overall quality. The AdiPowers are there true weightlifting shoe (the one that Oly lifters use). Those are the $180 ones. Yours are still INSANELY cheap, so I wouldn't sweat it. The biggest difference (from what I've read) is that yours will last ~1-2 years, whereas AdiPowers are pretty much the only Oly shoe you'll ever need.

tbh im not worried about the longevity as much. im worried about the heel height difference. i wonder if the .6 inch vs .75 inch heel heights make THAT much of a dfference.....just .15 inches they were originally 90 and when i saw them for 45 i figured i should grab em. really didnt wanna spend 180-200$ for shoes im not gonna be in all the time. 45$ was more reasonable lol

There probably is a bit of a difference, but the other shoe is also 4x the price. Also, the difference between 0 inch heels to your current .6 is going to be huge for you anyways, so the .15 isn't really anything to sweat. You can always upgrade later on!

these worked wonders for my squat...no need shitty plates or anything under my feet and i felt so stable. just groin was a bit tight cuz i do a somewhat wider stance. anyone got any stretches they can recommend now for deadlift starting position? backs slightly rounded before i even pull. is that tight hip flexors? like the mid/lower back area in the starting position feels tight uncomfortable and i cant get neutral
