For the first 3 months (3 years ago, march to July) it was 120 hours per week while we got the store setup. Then i moved and it dropped to 90. Cant believe I'm still alive

That's the sad truth about owning a business. In order to make it work sometimes you have to invest literally all you time. I've seen people work 16-20h a day for months straight to make it work. Props to you for that

I'll stick to my 40-50h a week that's plenty for me right now

Very good to see you trying to make a change. Not only will this make you look better and healthier, but I'm sure it'll help you release some stress that seems very much needed on your end. Good luck - battle through it man.

Definitely see a lot of potential for change.
You look as if you have a solid back ready for moulding!

Good luck my friend, always here to talk if needed!

Im strong as an ox. Just need to shed some cover.

Bed @ 5am this morning. Got hooked starting GAme of thrones.

Awake @ 9am
Breakfast @ 9:50 am 2 hard boiled eggs and a bowl with 1.5 cup vector cereal and 400 ml skim milk
Snack, like.. 10 almonds (75 cal)
Lunch @ 2:30 pm: 2/3 cup of white 5min rice (need to get brown) with a dash of salt, tsp light " i cant believe its not butter" and about a handful combined of red onion, fresh mushroom, green pepper.

Next will be a snack of maybe an apple with some more almonds. Around 730.

Then workout at 10/1030.
Tonight i intend to do full p90x cardio-x and x-stretch. And by full i mean a small % as I am not anywhere close to full yet.

For recovery will be another protein shake / 1 banana / honey peanut butter on a wrap with some almonds and a slice of cheese.

If anyone sees any issues with anything i post, please dont hesitate to educate me. Im kinda winging it here.

Ya. That 4 hours is once in a blue moon. Lost track of time lol.

I also forgot to mention that I have sleep apnea, and a full cpap setup. So I'm in deep deep sleep within minutes of hitting the pillow. My standard amount of sleep is 6-7 hours.

Cpap helped my dad and shit ton.

Legit to see you making this thread. My bulk turned in to a dirty bulk, turned hibernation prep, snowballing in to snorlax. Strength gains unreal but I kind of want to post up now like you (guildies) and show people what happens when you follow a strict diet and change nothing else (no cardio/fasting/keto)

Keep posting in here though, for sure interested in your gains (or 'loss') and this will keep you accountable :D

This one tasted like the sweet silky lips of a lover.

Cardio-x. Kicked my ass. Maybe 60% tops of each set, and not even all sets.
