Being on a treadmill sitting in your house in the A/C will just make weight loss take longer.
Just find a cheap gym that's less then $25/month.
My buddy went from 425 lbs to 180 lbs in about 2 years.
All he did was run everyday at the gym.
He used every type of cardio machine there.
Elliptical, Treadmill, Track.
I think he was awarded a lifetime membership for his weight loss also.
If that's the case I'm gonna bulk up to 400 and cut down ASAP.
Running is the worst way to lose weight. Just stop eating.
But in all seriousness, get a rowing machine (erg), it's the best cardio machine and you won't fuck up your joints running with all that fat.
