deadlift routine
15x 135(warmup)
12x 185(warmup)
10x 225(working set)
8x 255 (working set)
Max amount of reps working set (275)

this is ridiculous man!
maybe try
135x10
185x5
225x5
255x3
275x3
295x3

cut the reps way down because you're burning yourself out before you even get to the real sets, and try performing less reps/more sets and go a little heavier
also don't go to failure every time you go deadlift, it's probably the most taxing lift on the nervous system and you most likely aren't even getting a chance to recover, try taking a deload week and then going and trying what I just recommended, I'd be willing to bet you'll hit a PR

Add 5 lbs every 4 weeks lmaooo

Remember the last guy who shoved 531 down hnf's throat?

Like I just said, might not work for others, and also I said 2-4 weeks. There isn't a clear cut program that will 100% work for everyone.

thanks for all the infos guys and yes it was what i was doing all the time when i was going to the gym (last 8 weeks)
now it kinda sucks i had issues with forearms and after i went to the doctor today ive been told to stop lifting weights with my arms for the next 6 weeks
and i can only do legs since i dont use my arms for the lifts (also can do a little bit of lower back, abs and cardio)
it sucks but i prefer noticing the people who has provided me some tips on having a better deadlift

Post #3 is right, if you're maxing every week, you're tiring out your muscles. Stop doing this and focus on what you can do, and go from there.

Post #16 is a good suggestion too, straps help with the stress on your hands/forearms.

My best tip for you in your situation, through my experience of doing many of these is focus on the element you are lacking in and work on that.

Dead lifts use more than just a few muscle groups. Now is your time to focus on other groups, so they can support the main muscle groups that are used when dead lifting. (CORE in front and back + legs).

When you're back to being 100%, maybe focus on a max out every few months and cut your reps prior to max out.

Conserve your energy and train all supportive muscle groups and you will see a better result.
