Loool. I feel bad for anyone who has to put this much work into developing forearms...

Just handle heavy weights, IE pull/Deadlift days. if you are doing it properly, should be more then enough stimulation.

any back exercise and biceps exercise work your forearms.

i hammercurl and cable curl and have my fist l instead of -

+ I squash but that's only exercises one arm
