C'mon holmes; you've been here long enough that you should know.

We have about the same physique, and I know the biggest thing holding me back is diet. I don't track macros for sh!t, and my eating is ANYthing but clean. Eating a cheeseburger and chili-cheese fries right now, cuz I don't give a fuuuuuuuuuuuuck. :P

If you're serious about that next-level ish, start tracking your macros and clean up your diet.

In all honestly will a clean diet have THAT much as effect. Like, I doubt a pizza slice and a burger can have THAT much of a negative effect. If you can promise me that a clean diet for a month will get me close to that then I'll start boiling chicken.

Homeslice doesn't have a particularly amazing physique, but he *does* have low bf%. Tracking macros, and hard work. It's doable, man.

That's kinda problematic. I'm kinda aiming for the 170 lbs. mark for sports purposes (currently 164 lbs.) so cutting is not optional right now.

Edit: Is it possible, as dumb as this sounds, to cut fat/gain weight.
